This application manages an exploration project as it runs. It models work programmes, activities, milestones and drilling and geophysics campaigns with their progress and assay results; the exploration targets, hypotheses and evidence that reduce uncertainty over time; the decision gates, funding facilities, capital calls, budgets and expenditure that govern spend; and the project risks, issues, tenement compliance and KPIs that keep programmes accountable — linking exploration evidence to business decisions while maintaining investor visibility.
The application provides a developed operational starting point rather than a universal procedure. It demonstrates the core structure and workflow while leaving room for organisation-specific validation.
